Delivery Terms
Orders are dispatched within 7 days on Wednesdays by Royal Mail Parcel Post and are subject to our trading terms.

Delivery Charges
The following delivery charges will be added to each order at final checkout stage once you have entered the delivery address.
UK delivery for all bags £3.00 per order
UK delivery for Turtle Trollies £5.00 per order
EU (outside UK) delivery for all bags £7.50 per order
Worldwide delivery for all bags £10.00 per order
For trolley deliveries outside the UK please contact us for a price

Payment by debit and credit cards or Paypal
Our online shop uses PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions. When you reach the final stage of the checkout you will be transferred to the PayPal secure on-line payment service. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service and you will be able to pay for your order by debit card, credit card or PayPal.

Can I pay be cheque?
We are happy to receive payments by cheque. Simply follow the online order process and at the final payment stage instead of pressing the PayPal button select the printed order form option. This will print a copy of your order which you can send to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount. Please note orders will only be processed on receipt of payment.

Delivery Address
Orders will be despatched to the delivery address on your order. Please note that PayPal will only show your billing address as the delivery. We do not use the PayPal information for delivery. If you requested an alternative delivery address for your order we will use that address.

How quickly will I get my Turtle Bags order?
Orders are normally despatched within 7 days of receipt of order and delivery is by Royal Mail Parcel Post. Our delivery terms are published on this site.
