Delivery Terms
Orders are despatched within 7 days on Wednesdays by Royal Mail Parcel Post and are subject to our trading terms.

Delivery Charges
The following delivery charges will be added to each order at final checkout stage once you have entered the delivery address.
UK delivery for all bags £2.50 per order
UK delivery for Turtle Trolleys £5.00 per order
EU (outside UK) delivery for all bags £7.50 per order
Worldwide delivery for all bags £10.00 per order
For trolley deliveries outside the UK please contact us for a price

Payment by debit and credit cards or Paypal
Our online shop uses PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions. When you reach the final stage of the checkout you will be transferred to the PayPal secure on-line payment service. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service and you will be able to pay for your order by debit card, credit card or PayPal.

We can take payments over the phore so if there you do encounter any probelms with Paypal, please do give us a call Tel 01299 827092 and we can take payment during office hours.

Payment by cheque
If you would prefer to pay by cheque simply follow the online ordering process and when you reach the final checkout stage you will be given the option to pay by PayPal or to print the order form and post it to Turtle Bags together with your cheque - please note goods will only be despatched after receipt of payment.
